Music minus one (the drummer)

I have trouble finding some decent play-a-longs like Weckl's "Rhythms of the soul".

I need some P.A.L. which are "real" songs (not "grooves"), without a lot of click (like e.g. Russ Miller's "Where's one" [img]mad.gif[/img] ).

What about making "Altered's" cd's as "minus the drummer", Steve?! [img]wink.gif[/img]

there's a Garibaldi book coming out, but he also has a few others out too. The Talking Drum book and the Tower of Groove had minus drums AS does the Inspirational Drummer series from Bob Gatzen i.e.; The Dennis Chambers/Tony Royster jnr video, the Will Kennedy video and the Billy Ashbaugh video, all fo these came with cds of both music with and without drums.

Steve Davis' book and cd 'Standard Time' is a good play along book for learning straight ahead jazz styles and soloing in time.
